Business transformation designed around how business really happens.

Our work brings together customer experience, space and service design, equipment strategy, process improvement and digital systems. The result is a business that feels more modern to customers and works more effectively for the people running it.

What makes DOM different

Most consultants examine software, operations, customer experience or physical space separately. DOM connects them. We look at the complete business experience before recommending what should change.

Meet Dominique Delahaye

Dominique Delahaye combines a designer’s eye with business strategy, management information systems, customer experience and technology-sector insight. She notices where an experience slows down, what customers and teams need, and how the right combination of design, process, equipment and technology can create a competitive advantage.

The value of a human eye

AI can generate ideas. DOM’s value comes from observing the real environment, asking better questions, understanding how people behave and translating the right ideas into changes a business can actually adopt.
